Collects and analyzes surveys for all new locations in installation stage.
Creates new accounts and stations within Petrosoft products.
Hosts orientations with new clients and outlines the installation process.
Programs Direct Connect boxes and other Petrosoft devices needed for installation.
Schedules and completes install to clients POS systems and tests functionality.
Troubleshoots and restores connection problems as they arise.
Maps any new method payments or additional products as required.
Assists with installation of other devices that communicate with Petrosoft products such a, but not limited to Veeder Root, Hand Held devices.
Maintains a strong working knowledge of supported products and continually strives to enhance knowledge through ongoing training, reading, and participating in projects and improvement initiatives.
Document and author knowledge base articles regarding problem resolutions.
Contribute to department and company discussion regarding customer feedback about products and installation.
Performs administrative duties, reports and special projects associated with job specific as requested.
