Acts as a Project Manager for all projects to do with Data Processing and Analysis Services.
Trains team and customers on data processing, analysis techniques and best practices.
Constantly improves DPS training material and procedures.
Develops internal DPS workflows and documentation.
Assigns workflow for data processing staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Manages daily activities of the data processing team such as end-of-day processing and new account set-up.
Schedules and monitor data processing tasks to meet deadlines.
Ensures that data processing tasks are executed in a timely manner.
Ensures data processing operations are properly documented for future references.
Identifies information system problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Works with customers to analyze data processing needs and to determine system development and modification activities.
Builds strong and positive relationships with customers and associates.
Performs administrative duties, reports and special projects associated with job as requested.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms, and select the appropriate method for each situation.
Good process and detail orientation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, project management or a related field
Required: Fluent skills in English and Russian, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data processing preferred.
Project Management Certification preferred.
Retail Industry knowledge helpful.
Previous Call Center experience helpful.
